We help businesses grow faster, operate efficiently, and transform in a dynamic market.As a Technical Presales Engineer for the Orange project, you'll be working in the technical department in tandem with sales representatives, advising and counseling our partners about the best security solutions. You will be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars, and providing technical advice and support for customers.What You'll Be Doing: Work processes in the Enterprise environment.Create documents about the progress on the job and achieved results.Check the correct performance of the installed equipment.Organize meetings with customers to showcase the solutions about Fortinet SD-WAN.Installation, configuration, and maintenance of the equipment.Evaluate the equipment and systems.Assist in the installation of the systems.Analyze the correct performance on the assigned tasks.Troubleshoot issues.Create technical documents.Pay attention to the specifications requested by clients in terms of requirements.Create guidance for the resolution of specific problems in the configuration.Conduct training sessions.Realize models to show solutions and demos to clients.Carry out proofs of concept appropriate to the client's needs.Make presentations of customized solutions to clients.What Are We Looking For: Knowledge of Fortinet SD-WAN solution.Experience with Fortinet products, especially FortiGate, and hands-on exposure to network management and security operations in FortiManager.
