We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a B2B Inbound Sales Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls and emails from potential business clients, providing detailed information about our products and services, and driving the sales process to close deals.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring high client engagement, satisfaction, and overall business success.
Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and Outreach: Conduct detailed research to support targeted outreach for high-value prospects in partnership with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
Handle inquiries from potential customers, initiate warm lead calls, and use strategic questioning to uncover client needs and interests.Lead Qualification and Management: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and manage their progress through the sales funnel.
Engage with high-potential clients and devise strategies to secure business opportunities.
Maintain client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and engagement to support retention and upsell efforts.
Demonstrate empathy and a customer-first approach when addressing inquiries and assisting clients with our platform.
Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, pricing, and service options, while positioning new offerings using a consultative sales approach.
Follow up with potential customers to nurture long-term relationships and move prospects closer to sales.Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment on customer targeting and messaging.
Provide feedback to help shape marketing strategies based on customer interactions and emerging trends.
Execute strategic sales initiatives and manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.Training and Compliance: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
Meet internal service-level agreements (SLAs) and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.Reporting: Ensure consistent and detailed documentation of customer interactions and lead progress within the CRM system.
