Role Description
As an Italian Speaking Recruiter, your role will involve :
Scouting for top talent across various industries and geographies
Conducting interviews to assess candidates' fit for potential roles
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening resumes to finalizing placements
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients
Working remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and professionalism

Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English
A valid European Union passport or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
No previous experience necessary - we provide fully paid training!
