Role Description
As our Italian Speaking Recruiter, you'll be diving into the world of recruitment with all the support you need. No experience? No problem! We offer fully paid training to get you up to speed. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
Connecting with Italian-speaking candidates via phone, email, and video calls.
Screening resumes and applications to find the best talent.
Conducting interviews and assessments.
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.
Collaborating with your team to meet recruitment goals.
Providing an amazing candidate experience from start to finish.

Requirements
Valid European Union passport or valid EU ID.
Fluency in Italian and English.
Must live in the Málaga area.
Strong communication skills.
