Tasks and Responsibilities (depending on project):Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships and experience.Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.Continuously improve through feedback.Agent Requirements:Native Italian and fluent (at least C1 or equivalent) English language knowledge.2-3 years of sales experience or customer service experience.Excellent written and spoken communication skills.Positive and kind attitude.Service-oriented thinking and acting.Ability to work 6-8 hours a day.Opening hours: Monday-Sunday 08:00 - 22:00.Ability and willingness to work as a freelancer remotely.Payment:€6 per hour, paid monthly through an online payment platform.
