Job SummaryAre you passionate about building strong relationships and driving business growth?
We are looking for a dedicated Italian-speaking Account Manager to join our team.
Your role will involve managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure their success.
You will report to our sales manager for Southern Europe.
If you have experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects and experience with sales, we encourage you to apply and become part of our dynamic team.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and dig into prospects' pain points and validate the issues they're facing with your assigned portfolio to achieve sales goals.Understand and address client needs by presenting and demonstrating the value of our products and services.Identify and connect with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their business goals.Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective management of opportunities and accurate forecasting.Prospect via phone, email, and in-person meetings to engage with clients and sustain relationships.Collaborate with our teams and partners to ensure client satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and account management efforts in Salesforce.Required QualificationsFluency in Italian and English.5+ years of experience with account management or sales roles.5+ years of experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.You are an experienced Salesforce user.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of or interest in high-tech industries such as architecture, construction, automotive, or engineering.
