Role: Social Media Executive for Ryanair's Italian Channels

We're looking for someone to lead our Italian social media channels.
Responsibilities: Create world class, creative and highly entertaining content for Ryanair's Italian social channels.Create compelling business-related content which supports our business goals and key messaging.Keep your finger on the pulse by using your knowledge of Italian news & culture to identify opportunities to join the conversation, as appropriate.Work with broader social team to schedule and deliver 'always on' calendar of content for our Italian channels.Strong community management – know how and when to interact with our audience.Report weekly on performance across all Italian channels, providing & actioning recommendations on what we can do more of, and what we can do less of.Work closely with the Brand and broader Marketing teams to align on messaging and business support.Know what's going on in the latest social media trends, identifying opportunities to grow Ryanair's social media presence.Safeguard creative content by making sure all social media output is on brand and appropriate for our audience.Requirements: 2+ years' experience working in social media in an agency, brand, or media house.Demonstrated social media output across key channels – Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.Highly creative with an eye for design and strong attention to detail.Highly collaborative and an excellent team player.Analytical mindset with an instinct for identifying trends – either on social or in our own performance.Benefits: Competitive Salary and Airline Benefits
