What You'll Do: As a Italian Quality Analyst , you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our customer service operations.
Your key responsibilities include: Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to company standards and compliance.
Performance Analysis: Analyze data and provide insights to drive improvements in customer service quality.
Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on quality metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
Training & Feedback: Offer constructive feedback and coaching to customer service agents to enhance their skills and performance.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with training and operations teams to implement quality improvement strategies.
What We're Looking For: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with the following qualifications: Language Skills: Native or fluent in Italian, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data and identify trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Quality Assurance Experience: Previous experience in a quality assurance or analyst role, preferably within a BPO environment.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team setting.
