As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive prompt and effective support for their inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and automated alerts, providing efficient solutions
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the call management system, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Keep up-to-date with our services and products to better assist customers
Escalate any service issues to senior team members as necessary
Collaborate on team projects and cover for colleagues when needed
Participate in regular meetings and contribute to a positive team environment
Fulfill administrative duties, including tracking holiday and sickness records
What Were Looking For:
Language Proficiency: C2 or fluent in Italian, with a solid command of English (minimum B2 level)
Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a technical support role
Technical Knowledge: Advanced understanding of signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and audiovisual products
Customer Focus: Excellent listening and customer care skills, with the ability to manage inquiries effectively
Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of taking ownership of issues and driving them to resolution
