Location: all over Greece

What you will do: create an exceptional customer experience for international customers.
More specifically:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.Communicate through multiple channels of support (email, phone, chat).Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.Work in close collaboration with the team and achieve targets!Who are we looking for:
Native or near-native speaker in Italian.Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS Office tools.Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking, and communicative.Proficient in English (Oral & Written).What we offer:
