We are currently seeking an Italian-speaking Community Manager, based in Madrid.ROLE MISSIONWe offer a 12-month FTC with a possibility of extension. This is a hybrid role - 3 days from the office, 2 days from home.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLEHelp build, grow, and manage online communities for our client's key consumer brands.Identify and track relevant community data metrics / develop monthly reporting and outline key insights and implications.Champion creativity and deliver excellent customer experiences through content planning, working closely with the onsite studio to develop best-in-class content and partner with our client's media agency to understand campaign performance and opportunities to optimize creative.Brief and manage creative and designers when creating new social assets, ensuring assets are created within brand guidelines.Act as brand guardian to ensure all work produced is faithful to the client's brand guidelines.Adopt and use the brand's voice - responding to and engaging with the user community.Work closely with the Social Media Manager in SE.Have knowledge of industry benchmarks for reach, engagement, view rates, sentiment, etc. in Italy (but desirable in the Iberian market too) for both organic and paid media content.Build relationships with your clients with regular meetings and exceptional servicing.Support the Social Team with campaign planning and agency liaison.WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFULPassion for delivering on-brand and on-brief social communications.Pro-active planning and leadership of creative community initiatives.Practical know-how of how to manage social media channels, especially with their intricacies.Someone who keeps abreast of pop culture, loves a meme, and stays on top of internet trends; with a special focus onthe Italian market. Native Italian person or having long lived in Italy would be ideal.Must have flawless written Italian, including punctuation and spelling. B2-C1 Spanish desirable for supporting Spanish accounts and for day-to-day with teammates and most Brand Managers.Must be fluent in English too to manage frequent catch-ups and decks for clients, with teammates across Europe and with partner agencies.A thirst to learn more and discover new and exciting trends within the social space.Experience using analytical/social listening tools such as Sprinklr for reporting and gathering insights.The ability to manage and filter workflow as well as organize and prioritize workloads to maximize productivity.Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team while maintaining top-tier agency service.Experience working with global lifestyle brands - ideally in the alcohol or drink sector.Post-secondary education in communications, journalism, business, marketing, or related field.Approximately 3 - 4 years experience in online communications, be it via editorial, social, or advertising
