Check out how our External referral policy works here Job DescriptionThe Tech Initiatives and Vendor Manager is responsible to provide strategic leadership/direction in building processes and/or identifying and driving improvement initiatives to increase people and organisational capabilities across the Technology department. He/she also leads strategic IT initiatives through applying structured project and program methodologies to existing processes and increasing consistency and successful project implementation across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide and support the technology department in structuring an IT Governance UnitWork with senior leaders across the organisation to identify processes improvement opportunities and drive the execution of solutionsLead the definition of policies, processes, strategies, standards, and guidelines using best practice frameworks, whilst reviewing current approaches and suggesting improvements; Lead the development strategy and guidelines for appropriate staffing requirements, exercising control over resources, budget management and planning and contributing to defining standards; Help and support in the re-engineering of IT processes (demand management, change management, incident management, service request management, etc
