Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a IT Vendor Coordinator that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies. You will analyze trends in support issues, address root causes with tactical solutions, and align vendor activities with internal operational objectives.
Your strategic contributions will involve developing long-term vendor management strategies that reflect organizational priorities and ensuring continuous improvement in vendor performance.
By leveraging data analytics, you will optimize processes and provide actionable insights to IT leadership, guiding future vendor engagements and enhancing overall service delivery.
Service Requirements Proven experience in senior stakeholder and customer service.Track record of consistent ownership and result delivery.Strategic thinker and motivator, highly creative, and able to take ownership.Excellent spoken and written English. Experience Develop and maintain strong partnerships with vendors to foster collaboration.Facilitate communication between internal teams and vendors to align goals and expectations.Monitor compliance with contract terms and SLAs, addressing deviationspromptly.Onboarding of new applications with vendorsCollaborate with vendors to resolve incidents and minimize downtime.Identify trends in support issues and address root causes with tactical solutions.Conduct performance reviews with vendors to ensure continuous improvement.Align vendor support activities with internal operational goals.Develop long-term vendor management strategies aligned with organizationalobjectives.Provide strategic insights to IT leadership regarding vendor performance andfuture engagements.Monitor vendor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.Conduct financial analysis to justify vendor costs and investments.Track and report ROI for vendor partnerships and support initiatives.Use data analytics to identify trends, improve vendor performance, and optimize support processes.Support strategic decisions by providing actionable insights from vendor performance data.
