In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the IT infrastructure at the production plant and its connection with corporate systems. You will attend to IT service requests, resolve related issues, and train all employees on desktop and collaboration tools.
You will report hierarchically to the IT Manager.
Main Responsibilities:Assist in the installation of software and hardware (computers, mobiles, PDAs, etc.) for the Group, addressing the needs of each employee.Deliver training on information systems to company staff.Resolve incidents related to software administration.Liaise with the suppliers of installed programs and consumables.Ensure the correct functioning of existing hardware, operating systems, and the network environments used by the company.Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords, among other tasks.Handle backups of the plant's servers and industrial PCs.To succeed in this role, you will need:
Education in IT.Minimum of 6 months of experience in IT environments.Key skills: organization, planning, and service-oriented approach.What we offer:Job Stability: Permanent contract backed by a solid financial environment.Full-time with flexible hours: Monday-Thursday 8 AM/9 AM start.
