Mainly on-site job, with remote options when needed.- Long-term contract.- Full-time job. 35h/week.Responsibilities:- Management and resolution of first-level incidents.- Deploy and maintenance of the software/hardware inventory.- Monitoring and review of licenses (use, expiration, renewal, etc.).- Document the necessary procedures to ensure proper communication and continuity in the department.- Review and maintain alerts to be able to track incidents and give a quick response.- Review and maintain scheduled tasks for proper operation.- Backups and restore.Requirements:- Computer System Administration Professional Training or equivalent (ASI or Asir).- Knowledge of Windows Systems administration, patching, and configuration of components and peripherals.- Knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols: LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN for support and resolution of user incidents.- Knowledge of hardware, assembly, configuration, repair, and diagnosis of incidents.- Managing unattended/silent installation software (GSS or SCCM).- Teamwork and collaboration.- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment.- Ability to work in a team, proactive, and eager to learn.- Good Spanish and English language skills, spoken and in writing. Minimum of B2 level in English.Plus:- Experience in Virtualization Software (Hyper-V or VMWare).- Event monitoring (Nagios).- Knowledge of the VFX environment (Maya, Nuke, Houdini, etc.).- Knowledge of Linux (CentOS, Fedora, Ubuntu, etc.).- Certifications from Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE), CISCO (CCNA), CEH, CompTIA Security + will be valued.- Knowledge of some scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.).#J-18808-Ljbffr
