Key Responsibilities As an IT Technician at Nebulon Dynamics, your day-to-day activities will include: 1. Preferred Skills - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL. - Experience using remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshservice). - Knowledge of cyber security practices and tools.
