We are a growing team looking for an IT Technician in the IT department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin or Barcelona office. In your role as an IT Technician I, you will engage in exciting tasks such as upkeeping on-site systems and enhancing our global IT services, propelling IT advancements at sennder. You will provide both on-site and remote IT support to your colleagues, working in close collaboration with the entire team across various countries to deliver outstanding service and support, in line with sennder's Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL.. Deep dive into undiscovered problems of endpoints and management solutionsAutomate repetitive and tedious tasks using API runners, short scripts, etc.Help maintain our MS 365 tenant from an administrative POV - this will be your focusHelp your colleagues improve and spread the acquired knowledgeEnsure devices, resources and licenses are used efficientlyHelp maintain IT guidelines and SOP according to the latest industry standardsProactive mindset and a service attitude, interested in providing end user support, with strong problem-solving skillsQuick adaptation to new technologies and enjoyment of optimization and automationExcellent communication skills with a good level of English language, other languages are a plusExperience with common operating systems, client hardware, meeting room equipment and related servicesTools and skills: Managing Microsoft 365 and all related services, experience with Google Workspace, and Slack is a plusManaging MS Active Directory (GPOs, Azure-Connect, user lifecycle) and Azure ADMobile Device Management of (preferably) Intune or JamfStrong Windows OS knowledgeEndpoint protection - preferably MS Defender and related servicesEven if you don't fulfill all the requirements, we would like to encourage you to apply anyway.
