IT Technician en Barcelona.
In your role as an IT Technician I, you will engage in exciting tasks such as upkeeping on-site systems and enhancing our global IT services propelling IT advancements at sennder.
You will provide both on-site and remote IT support to your colleagues, working in close collaboration with the entire team across various countries to deliver outstanding service and support in line with sennder's Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL...Deep dive into undiscovered problems of endpoints and management solutions.Automate repetitive and tedious tasks using API runners, short scripts, etc.Help maintain our MS 365 tenant from an administrative POV - this will be your focus.Help your colleagues improve and spread the acquired knowledge.Ensure devices, resources, and licenses are used efficiently.Help maintain IT guidelines and SOP according to the latest industry standards.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR...Proactive mindset and a service attitude interested in providing end-user support with strong problem-solving skills.Quick adaptation to new technologies and enjoyment of optimization and automation.Excellent communication skills with a good level of English language; other languages are a plus.Experience with common operating systems, client hardware, meeting room equipment, and related services.Managing Microsoft 365 and all related services; experience with Google Workspace and Slack is a plus.Managing MS Active Directory (GPOs, Azure-Connect, user lifecycle) and Azure AD.Mobile Device Management (preferably Intune or Jamf).Strong Windows OS knowledge.IAM basics - preferably Okta or/and Azure AD.Endpoint protection - preferably MS Defender and related services.Even if you don't fulfill all the requirements, we would like to encourage you to apply anyway.
