For this role you also need to live in Helsingborg or close by - this is not a fully remote position. In this role, you will be part of Resurs Engineering organization, leading one of the engineering teams in the Shared Services domain. You will also work with people representing other parts of the bank to ensure that we add as much business value as possible. You're responsible for the outcomes, quality and the people you manage in a cross-functional team. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers, overseeing the development and operations of the Core Banking platform. You will work with competent and engaged engineers and report to the Development Director The focus of the role will be: Manage the product team to be able to deliver on the objectives and key results, product roadmap and strategy. Ensure that the team operates in an efficient way when developing and operating the product Responsible for the life cycle management of the product Responsible for the budget of the team Apply leadership by coaching and mentoring team members to achieve the highest possible motivation and engagement Building and maintaining collaborative relationships across teams. On a personal level We believe that you have a relevant educational background and proven experience in an engineering management role. In addition, the following characteristics are desirable. Strong technical background and problem-solving skills. Strong emphasis on leadership and competence development. Banking domain knowledge is a strong plus. Knowledge and tangible experience of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good communication skills in English and Swedish.
