Manage the full life-cycle recruitmentParticipate in designing the global recruitment process and assist in incorporating new hiring methodsCollaborate with the team to optimize open positions and promote cooperation between processesBe a key player in the company's development and growth, directly connecting with the businessWork closely with directors and management to handle recruitment needsRequirements
What are we looking for?
At least 3 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment in ITExperience using ATS (preferably Workable)Knowledge of recruitment tools, employer branding, and recruitment campaignsAbility to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work with international profilesStrong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilitiesResults-oriented with analytical capabilitiesFluent in English (mandatory)Fluent in Romanian (mandatory)Benefits
