What will your functions be?
Atención técnica y soporte al cliente interno.
Gestión de Azure - Active Directory (altas/bajas de usuarios/as y licencias).
Gestión de Office 365.
Soporte hardware WiFi, redes y VoIP.
Control documental y formación interna en buenas prácticas de uso de las diferentes herramientas.
What are we looking for?
Al menos 1 año de experiencia previa en la misma posición o similares (Soporte IT).
Conocimientos en sistemas de ticketing como Jira o Servicedesk; Azure; Active Directory, gestión de tecnologías WiFi y VoIP; equipamientos de red (switching).
Valorable formación en la rama Informática o similar.
Capacidad de orientación al cliente, trabajo en equipo y de resolución de incidencias.
Valorable inglés nivel intermedio (se puede prestar soporte en ámbito Internacional).
Inquietud por nuevas tecnologías.
