In the IT Infrastructures area, we are looking for a Systems Engineer for Distributed Platforms team, with a strong background in managing large infrastructures, particularly focused on Workplace technologies.
What your responsibilities will be:Coordinate and oversee all technical activities carried out by our providers, including infrastructure changes, incidents resolution and problem solving.Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met.Define, control and monitor KPIs to measure service performance.Dynamize efforts of all involved teams to ensure that services are delivered in a timely, efficient and effective manner.Continuously evaluate and improve processes and escalation workflows involving all support teams and reduce all types of waste.Ensure service is delivered at the right time, with the right quality and within the right scope.Who you are:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required Knowledge and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Service Management: Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving.Team player: Positive attitude and always willing to collaborate with others, thinking in the common benefit.Analysis, prioritization, and decision-making capacities based on criticality and impact for business.Ability to work under pressure and handle stress in large companies.Engaged and optimistic to face new challenges, focused on continuous improvement.Technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Active Directory, Windows 10/11 Platform, Modern workplace: O365, Enterprise mobility (Intune), Endpoint management (SCCM), Direct Access and Always On VPN, Device enrollment for IOS/Android devices, Windows Applications packaging and certification.High level of spoken and written English.Desired Skills:Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL) is a plus.Experience in planning and executing IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.Proven experience in IT management, with a focus on managed services and partner relationships.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies and infrastructure best practices: Azure AD, Certificates management, VDI.Experience working in environments with thousands of users and multiple support teams.Results oriented.What we offer:It's a brilliant opportunity for someone with the right talents.
