Job summary: We are seeking an IT Systems and Support Administrator to manage our Windows and Microsoft Cloud environment. Responsibilities include maintaining system performance, administering Azure and Office 365 services, providing technical support to staff, and onboarding new hires. This role is vital in ensuring secure, efficient IT operations and supporting our team's technological needs. List of key responsibilities (but not limited to): Facilitate IT onboarding for new employees, including setting up user accounts and configuring devices Support management of the IT environment of the worldwide branches of Gantrex, under the supervision of the Group IDT Manager Monitor the first line support provided by our 2 external IT partners Hardware set-up (New desktops, laptops, … on & offsite) Software setup (Remotely & onsite) Perform routine system maintenance and updates using our Office 365 tools Maintain a high security level and ensure compliance with security policies Provide technical assistance to end-users on hardware, software and network systems Identify recurring problems and suggest long-term solutions Provide technical assistance to end-users on hardware, software and network systems Assist the Group IDT Manager in the roll-out of strategic IT projects Help manage our Microsoft cloud environment (Azure, Office 365, Backups, …) Profile: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role Certifications are an advantage Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications Understanding of Microsoft Cloud environment Azure, Office 365 tools Understanding of network concepts, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN Awareness of cybersecurity principles and best practices Friendly behaviour with a commitment to helping others Fluent in English and the national language of the location
