What you do You are responsible for the operation of our customer infrastructure and handle incidents as well as service requests.
You are the first point of contact for our customers, you record requirements and coordinate the implementation, you set priorities and make strategic decisions.
You analyze and solve complex problems in your daily business.
On the basis of changes, you adjust system configurations and create the corresponding documentation.
What you've got You have successfully completed an IT education (vocational training, Bachelor, or Masters) and have experience in the areas of IT operations and management of suppliers and service providers or have a comparable qualification.
Furthermore, you have good knowledge about Windows Server including infrastructure services, storage, network/security, hypervisor, and/or backup.
If you don't have it already, we would like to offer you the possibility for an ITIL certification.
You are characterized by implementation competence and initiative as well as customer orientation and communication skills. A good command of German and English completes your profile.
