That's why we need a IT System Engineer like you.What your responsibilities will be Design highly available, fault tolerant and automated network solutions for LAN and WAN environments.Define processes, procedures, and guidelines for driving the evolution of Networks to be automated, orchestrated and software based.Proactively identify weak areas and inefficiencies across network and infrastructure.Analyze for root cause analysis of problems which includes for enhancements.Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and statement of work documents.Consult, troubleshoot and solve IT infrastructure issues working with Business, IT partners and various IT teams and provide SME support for major incidents as needed.Who you are To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Minimum 2 years of experience in IT in a large enterprise environment, with 2 years' hands-on experience in troubleshooting and configuring network and security devices (Cisco ACI, WAN, LAN, WLAN, SDWAN, Load Balancing and VPN).High knowledge of Cisco (Certification preferred).Understanding of routing protocols EIGRP and BGP, MPLS, QoS. Good level of knowledge and working experience in Internetworking, IP routing protocols and troubleshooting MPLS/IP VPN.Strong understanding in LAN Cisco technologies, Load Balancers (Radware), WIFI (Extreme Networks, Aruba) and VPN.Knowledge in Cisco Call Manager and Contact Center (Prelude) is a plus.Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies to deliver high quality support to meet customers' needs is a plus.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage projects with cross-functional teams.What we offer It's a brilliant opportunity for someone with the right talents
