At Kapres Technology we are looking for an IT Systems Administrator with focus on API Gateway Administration to work for a multinational client in the insurance sector.This resource will join a team of IT professionals involved in solution delivery and maintenance activities delivered by the Enterprise Service Gateway (ESG) CA LAYER 7 product operations team for the company.Main tasks and responsibilities:Provide daily operations support and maintenanceProvide troubleshooting, critical situation analysis, recovery planning, and implementationDeliver Incident, Problem, and Change fixesCertificate management & SSL configurationCapacity planning managementPerform technical support and administration under all environmentsManage and maintain operating system patches in compliance with CoE recommendationsRegularly review system logs and OS behavior to proactively monitor systems and address issues accordinglyUnderstand business requirements and develop according to detailed designDesign, build, test, and deploy project deliverablesDeliver on time and budgetDeliver project documentationRun test phases, including defect management processesFollow the development guidelines and best practicesWhat we offer:25 days of holidaysFlexible working hours
