Description:
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to focus on IT infrastructure projects with our customers regarding on-premise equipment and Cloud environments.
The main tasks for the role will include automating maintenance tasks for server infrastructure on-premises and in the cloud, as well as developing new projects with the infrastructure. You will also perform server administration tasks such as monitoring, troubleshooting, and backups.
We work with the following technologies, so it would be beneficial to have knowledge or experience with most of them. Don't worry if you do not cover all requirements; we value your willingness to learn, motivation, and ability to work independently.
Hyperconvergence systems (Nutanix) and virtualization environments like VMWare and Hyper-V, as well as public cloud on Azure and AWS.
Relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Software-defined storage (DataCore, Ceph).
Occasional installation of servers, devices, or enclosures in our datacenter or for customers.
Programming and/or scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible).
Requirements:
Professional profile:
Experience administering Microsoft environments, Active Directory, patch management, backup and recovery, and monitoring in large environments.
Experience in virtualization environments such as VMWare and Hyper-V.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
