We're seeking an experienced IT support technician to join us on this journey, using their technology skills to make us even more efficient.
In this role, the support person will oversee IT systems and assets, assist with upgrades and fixes, and provide training and support as needed.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software, network maintenance, and industry trends to keep us on the cutting edge.
Engaging with employees throughout the company, the IT support person will have an immediate impact on the efficiency of our operations and overall growth.
Responsibilities:Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, tickets, and in person.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on time.Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware for Windows and macOS.Perform routine maintenance and updates on company computers, printers, and other IT equipment.Assist in setting up and maintaining user accounts and permissions, including Microsoft 365, Atlassian, etc.Installation, support, and maintenance of the server hardware and software infrastructure.Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure by implementing and maintaining security protocols, including Intune and Mosyle configuration.Document and track issues using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.Provide training and support to employees on using IT systems and software. Minimum Requirements:Proven experience as an IT Support or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.Familiarity with network configurations, including routers, switches (HP, Aruba), and firewalls (Checkpoint).Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Experience in public Cloud infrastructure (AWS) and private virtual infrastructure (Nutanix).Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices (ISO27001).Proficient in managing, using, and supporting Microsoft Office 365 productivity software.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical difficulties to non-technical users.Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends – although this is not often required.Written and spoken fluency in English.
