We are looking for a professional in IT support and infrastructure administration to provide technical support across the company. This role includes hardware and software incident management, Microsoft 365 administration, equipment and network installation and maintenance, as well as developing applications and automated tools to optimize system and network efficiency. Additionally, you will work closely with the IT Manager on various strategic projects.LETASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Technical support to the rest of the companyIncident management both HW and SW level. Equipment inventoryManagement & Administration of Microsoft 365 (AD, GPO's)Microcomputing: Responsible for providing hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshootingInstalls components such as memory, video cards, etc.Application and web developmentNetwork infrastructure management and maintenanceMonitoring services. Decision makingDesign and develop tools to automate processes in order to improve the efficiency and performance of systems and networksSupport to IT Manager in different projectsREQUIREMENTS:REQUIRED TITLE: An academic level of FP2 is sufficient or proven experience.REQUIRED EXPERTISE: At least 3 years working on similar tasks.DESIRABLE COMPETENCES:Experience in Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure.
