Education and experience requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT consulting or technical support roles. Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud environments. Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build effective working relationships with multicultural teams and diverse technical backgrounds. Adaptability and agility to work in dynamic and changing environments. Focused on continuous learning and professional development. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Technical requirements Experience in building and operating IT services . Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (mandatory): Customization and programming in Salesforce. Incident resolution and support (L2/L3) . Familiarity with databases such as Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL . Desired experience with APIs, microservices, and DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins. Knowledge of cloud IT architectures and services . Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence , or similar. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. AWS certifications or knowledge (preferred).
