The applicant will support end-user technologies, including desktops, printers, mobile phones, office audiovisual devices and local area networks and systems of all types, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company IT system runs smoothly.Main responsibilities:Installing, configuring and maintaining computer systems, software, networks, office audiovisual devices, printers and scannersProviding technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)Documenting support activities, solutions, and procedures.Assisting with IT projects and initiatives as needed.Providing training and guidance to users on IT-related topics.Implementing cybersecurity best practices.Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requestsPossibly training more junior staff members.Two years of experience in IT.Deep knowledge of operating systems (Windowns and MAC OS), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools.Familiarity with Office 365, and other IT infrastructure technologies, coupled with cybersecurity tools and technologies.Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality of company informationFluent in Spanish and English, with proficiency in Portuguese and German considered a plus.Attributes:Ability to work autonomously and proactive attention to detail.Time management.Verbal and written communication.Internal end-user orientationAbility to work within a team and support team members.Education:Bachelor or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)Other requirements:Driver's license and availability to travel.How to apply?If you are interested in joining us, please send your CV and cover letter to ******.
