It Support Specialist

- A graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related courses

- 2 years previous IT Service Desk and/or technical support experience is an advantage

- Knowledgeable in POS Terminals/ATM Machines.

- Strong analytical skills

- Good problem-solving skills

- Good computer troubleshooting skills

- Willing to work during holidays and weekends, and shifting schedule

- Computer literate especially on Microsoft office

- Great Customer Service skills

- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly

- Highly organized with self-disciplined
