It Support Specialist

Job RequirementsMust possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.With at least 1-2 years of related experience, PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems.Knowledgeable in Windows Operating System and other Microsoft products, including but not limited to MS Office.Well-versed in computer setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.Experienced in troubleshooting and maintenance of POS machines.Willingness to learn, be a team player, and establish good working relationships with users and peers. Customer-oriented and capable of functioning independently or as part of a team.Must be willing to travel on short notice.Possess a positive attitude towards the team and clients.Job Type: Part-time
