Role Overview As an IT Support Intern at Lodgify, your main objective is to troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, software, and other related technologies, to maintain and improve the working environment of the internal users. You will directly support employees and help them to do their best work with reliable and efficient technology.

Handle IT support requests from internal employeesEndpoint management through JumpcloudLaptop, mobile and IoT device troubleshootingThird party software administration (Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Notion, etc)User account management (Google Workspace, Jumpcloud)Device provisioning using the Asset Management SystemPassword management and administration through KeeperVoIP phone system maintenance (3CX)Video conferencing support (Google Meet, Airtame)Technical documentation in our wiki in NotionDefine software and hardware specifications in response to user requirementsIdentify and propose areas to maximize user experience and productivity in the working environmentWhat makes you a great fit? Undergraduate or Degree in computer science/engineering or other related fieldFamiliar with IT support conceptsGood technical knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, MAC, and Linux), computer hardware, and networking with hands-on troubleshooting experienceAble to read and understand technical manuals and process documentationStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to research and troubleshoot complex IT-related issuesAbility to translate and demonstrate complex technical solutions to non-technical usersProven team-working skills by working in a collaborative environmentStrong customer service focusGood communication skills in English, both written and verbalStrong organisational skills with the ability to efficiently prioritise and execute tasksHow can you earn extra bonus points?
