We are waiting for you Main responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support to end users. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems reported by users related to operating systems, hardware and software. Maintenance of IT infrastructure and solve every day's issues. Training on IT topics. Registration of the maintenance actions of the system (Maintenance book). Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, software and peripherals. Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems. Maintain daily performance of computer Systems. Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses. Install equipment hardware such as cables, switches, routers and wireless adaptors. Add new users to the system as needed. Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches. Perform server maintenance and testing. Inform management of recurring problems. Keeping up-to-date with new technologies. Requirements: · CFGS in Sysadmin or similars · 1 year experience as IT Support / Helpdesk · Good command of Excel (forms, macros and scripts). · Fluent in Spanish - English B2 · Communication skills, customer contact.
