Key job responsibilities As an IT support engineer intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, working alongside industry-leading engineers to solve complex technical challenges. Key aspects of the role include: Delivering the consistently high level of IT support our customers have come to expect. Managing and deploying a diverse array of IT devices and technologies across our various site types. Dive deeply into technical details, diagnose, and reproduce straightforward issues with Amazon technology products (e.G., services, tools, data solutions, etc.) Regular contact with the Amazon Operations teams and identify process improvement or standardization opportunities for the European network. You will work on innovative projects that have a direct impact on our customer experience. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and standardize systems, all with an eye towards enhancing the customer experience. A day in the life As an Amazon Operations IT intern you will have the opportunity to work alongside the industry's brightest engineers who innovate every day on behalf of our customers. You will be matched to a local IT supervisor where you are based and a mentor. You will work together with the local IT team to provide technical support to the Operations network.
