Our support model is based on both on-site and remote support teams spread across our network. Each month, we'll hold 1-2 onboarding days for new hires.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSCurrently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree in IT / Computer science / Engineering or other tech fields.Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months.Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish (Common European Framework of Reference C1).PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBasic knowledge of at least one of the following: systems, networks, or operating systems, including concepts like deployment, troubleshooting, and system upgrades on client devices and/or IT infrastructure.Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows Server operating systems.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others.Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.Experience with troubleshooting Networks (LAN/WAN).Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
