Don't worry, we've got this.What You Will DoWork with the global IT/SEC team to deliver on IT projects from concept to productionEmployee onboarding and offboardingDevice lifecycle management including procurement, provisioning, deployment, management, maintenance and deprovisioningHands-on support for all levels of hardware and software troubleshooting, triaging and issue resolutionNetwork infrastructure management including wirelessVPN managementUnderstanding of industry standard security best practices with a specific focus on data integrity and malware protection for workstationsCreate and maintain documented processes, procedures and configurationsResearch and recommend innovative, and automated approaches for system administration tasks that can scale with the growth of the company.Prioritize tasks based on impact and urgencyImplement, configure and manage SaaS tools such as Jira, GSuite, Jumpcloud.Management of vendor and supplier relationshipsSupport our AV/VC platform (Zoom)Scripting experience (e.G.
