To support the growth in their Valencia office, they are looking for an IT coordinator with experience in providing 1st and 2nd IT support.

As an IT Support Coordinator, your responsibilities include: Basic network support Monitoring network performance Provide local and remote end user support (B2C) Administration and deployment tasks in Azure Active Directory and Intune Avoid and follow up on security breaches Participating in technical projects Generate documentation Maintaining a strong customer relationship Requirements: Basic network knowledge Experience in providing 1st and 2nd level support preferably in a cloud solution Advanced MS Office and MS Windows OS knowledge Good knowledge of Active Directory is a pre Able to work independently as a team player Analytical mindset Proactive attitude Strong communicator (both verbally and written) Service-minded and able to handle conflicts in a constructive manner Solution-oriented approach without losing sight of detail Strong sense of ownership Motivation to contribute to our customer satisfaction and business success What you also need: Excellent level of English (both written and spoken) Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as 1st -2nd level IT support employee IT degree or certificates like MCSA What we offer: Tax-free benefits including food, transport, insurance & childcare A fun and friendly work environment with an open atmosphere Free Spanish language classes (if needed) Competitive salary 23 holidays per year and compensation for worked local Bank Holidays Location: Valencia (Spain)
