You will be responsible for delivering the relevant IT trainings of our different systems. This is a fixed term contract (until end October) to cover a parental leave.Hours09:00 - 18:30 Monday to FridayMain responsibilitiesProvide 1st line support & 2nd level investigative support of all incidents and service requests of all Ashurst IT systems/servicesIT Training to Madrid staffIT support via remote control, telephone support and 'At desk'Configuration and asset managementManagement/support of pool and permanent laptops and mobile devicesManagement of user administration via Active DirectoryBlackberry UEM supportAudio Visual supportiManage 10 supportAccurate ticket logging of all IT incidents and service requestsRisk and Control:Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with our regulatory requirements and internal policies.Minimum Requirements1-2 years experience in a similar role analysing and troubleshooting IT incidentsHigh English level (C1)Excellent Customer service skillsExperience in conducting IT training sessionsKnowledge of building laptops and troubleshooting support issuesAdvanced Office 365 skills & Windows 10 workstationExcellent Word troubleshooting skillsMicrosoft Active Directory AdministrationSkype for Business and virtual platforms support (Microsoft Teams/Zoom/Webex)Knowledge of audio visual equipmentExperience in IT Ticketing tools (Service Desk Plus)Work in accordance to ITIL processes and proceduresExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFlexible approach to roleHighly motivated, willing to continually update knowledge and skill setWhat we offerDynamic position in a collaborative and international work environment, participating in projects both locally and globallyGood working environmentTemporary full time contract
