SUPERVISING/LEADERSHIP
Under the direction and to work with Marketing Communications & IT in the following:
Create IT standard operating procedures and ensure team members follow
Confer with and supervise subordinates on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods
Manage all other incidents and employee and department requests to timely resolution
Monitor the performance of IT Staff and providing regular feedback to improve performance
Recommend new technology solutions that can improve efficiency within the organization
Ensure that the organization's computer systems are secure from hackers and threats
Coordinate with other IT staff on projects such as software implementation or hardware installation
NETWORK AND SERVICES
Ensure daily network availability and connectivity
Handle physical checking of network equipment and server availability
Provide overall network support and administration
Handle network troubleshooting and repair
Handle printing implementation and support
Server capacity monitoring and logging
DHCP leases clearing and configuration backing up
Router configuration backing up
Wifi network password renewal
Structured cabling
Server room checking
USERS SUPPORT AND WORKSTATIONS SET UP
Verify workstation availability for new hires
Headcount validation and confirmation
Workstation requisition and procurement
PC setup and installation
PC repair and maintenance
Email account creation
Email usage orientation
Files & folder permission
Printer connection support
User support and assistance
YANA user support
YANA issue tracking & resolution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
