Job Functions
Support Level 2 technical assistance; available for Level 1
Level 3 Support when needed
Incident and problem resolution
Network troubleshooting to diagnose any issue and escalate
Endpoint (W10) and Application Support
Administration of Office365, Active Directory, and Windows Server (2019/2022)
Administration of virtual environments.
Some non-business hour support may be required.
Job Description
The candidate for this position will act as a first point of escalation for incidents and requests; provide expertise for Windows server administration; assist with maintenance and configuration of enterprise assets; contribute to team discussions and ideas.
Required Qualifications
5+ years experience in a professional information technology environment
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or technical discipline.
equivalent working experience may be considered
Experience with Microsoft products including: O365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Windows Server, Azure Active Directory, Windows 10 environment, Advanced Threat Protection, PowerShell scripting.
Experience with enterprise backup solutions.
Proficiency with virtualization (VMWare) and cloud environments (Microsoft Cloud/Azure) VPNs
Proficiency with Windows Server 2019-2022 deployment, troubleshooting, and administration.
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced IT environment with a positive attitude.
Ability act on own initiative while maintaining effective relationships with management, co-workers and clients.
Ability to cooperate with the team to provide assistance, solutions, and troubleshooting.
Preferred Tools / Process Experience
Familiarity with SharePoint development
Atlassian Jira and Confluence
Experience with Apple and Windows endpoint management.
Proficiency with Active Directory Group Policy Management and Windows PowerShell scripting (working with cloud with PS)
Experience with network administration including troubleshooting switches, routers, firewalls, network traffic analysis and network security.
Experience with MS InTune management, configuration, and deployment.
Experience with cybersecurity best practice.
