Your Role: IT Service Specialist As we continue to grow, we are establishing a new role for our Granada branch: IT Service Specialist.
In this position, you will be pivotal in maintaining our technical infrastructure and supporting office operations.
Responsibilities: Office Infrastructure Maintenance: Oversee and enhance the network and manage technical equipment.
Inventory Management: Maintain a detailed record of all hardware.
Approval of Purchases: Review and approve technical equipment purchases (e.g., screens, headsets, keyboards, laptops).
Workstation Setup: Prepare workstations for new team members.
Incident Management: Coordinate laptop repairs and issues with local providers (Lenovo/Apple).
Access Systems Oversight: Manage the keyless entry system.
Additional Responsibilities: Data Protection Committee Member: Collaborate with our Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g., contingency planning, data breach response).
Technical Proxy: Act as a liaison between the Technical Service department in Germany and the Granada office, handling tasks like image deployment with Endpoint or JAMF for MacBooks.
