The role of IT Operations for Salesforce is a key player in the Value Center of applications for Wind Power, taking ownership of the day-to-day activities and maintaining excellence in the performance of the application.

How to contribute to our vision As an IT Operations for Salesforce you are: Responsible for IT Operations regarding Salesforce, and specific add-ons like Conga.
Accountable for IT Service Agreements with suppliers.
Responsible for fulfillment of service requirements and service levels committed to Siemens Gamesa business.
Contribute to planning, design, and implementation of the operational and maintenance environment for IT application or infrastructure landscapes.
Facilitate partnership collaboration with IT Service Providers.
Clarify issues/cases as a first escalation point.
Advise accountable management in all IT operation and maintenance related issues within your area.
Review and monitor the performance of the Service Providers based on the SLA and KPIs.
Facilitate and govern status and management reporting towards stakeholders (i.e.
IT and business stakeholders).
Implement procedures for safeguarding data/information security and safety in IT Operations.
Review, govern and facilitate application controls, including periodical spot checks of controls to ensure they are correctly documented and followed on a day-to-day basis.
Facilitate IT internal reviews and quality pre-checks of control documentation before submission.
Govern Handover documentation from IT Project to IT Operations.
Keep abreast of developments in industry best practices regarding IT operations and maintenance.
Review license usage to ensure compliance and forecast usage in collaboration with IT and business.
Budget responsible for IT Service Operations (including supporting IT Services) for planning, forecasting, and monitoring of cost consumptions.
What You Need to Make a Difference A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
We are also looking for: Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role for Salesforce or at least related to CRM and Sales applications.
Minimum 10 years of experience within IT, preferably in IT operations.
Passionate to drive and deliver high quality.
Fluent in English.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across the organization.
Significant expertise to effectively manage and leverage external partners and their expertise and resources.
Proactive mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains.
Strong capabilities in technical documentation to ensure necessary content is documented correctly and understandably for less technically skilled people.
