Job Description: 1.
Coordinate and be responsible for the IT desktop service, asset, weak power, office software business, IT team management and project management of Aicheng 's IT service team in the European region (continental Europe Turkey); 2.
Responsible for IT service business management, based on IT service standards and SLA, improve and enhance the user IT service experience, to ensure that the human efficiency, customer satisfaction standards; 3.
Responsible for IT asset management, to improve the business level of assets in procurement, acceptance, in and out of storage and issuance, maintenance, inventory and other links, to ensure user satisfaction, no capital loss; 4.
Responsible for IT projects in the European region of Aicheng Technology, through project management tools, to assist the business of the regional office of the new, renovation, closure of the whole life cycle management, to ensure that the project is delivered on time and quality; 5.
Responsible for establishing sound software management rules and regulations, improving the quality of the office software environment, and driving full software lifecycle management; 6.
Cost and efficiency-driven, pioneering high-quality co-operation/service models with the business, and improving people efficiency through the introduction of productivity tools such as AI; 7.
Combining with the development direction of the company and each business group, formulate annual IT budget and ensure the effective implementation of the budget; 8. maintain good client relationships to enable the smooth running of the Aicheng IT services business in Europe and assist in securing annual hosting contract renewals; 9.
Manage the IT service team, through scientific management methodology, effectively improve team effectiveness and respond to the rapid development of the business.
Position Requirements: 1.
5 years working background in computer related field, Internet industry is preferred; 2.
Experience in managing an IT team of 5 people; 3.
Proficient in the management of IT desktop services, IT assets, office software related business with strong cost consciousness; 4.
Experienced in project management with 3 years experience , renovation and closure of 5 European offices with 100 employees; 5.
Team management style with a solid, highly concurrent cross-functional and business communication skills; 6.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with all Aicheng business parties and stakeholders; 7.
Strong execution and sense, strong curiosity and learning ability, good at self-improvement; 8.
Excellent spoken and written English, English can be used as working language; 9.
Permanent residence or citizenship of an EU country.
