Your mission:
As a skilled Senior IT Support Analyst you will use your knowledge and experience to effectively diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing support processes, and mentoring junior team members.
You will also provide mentoring, guidance, and support to the more junior members of your team; sometimes acting as project team lead.

Who are we looking for?
Highly skilled IT Senior Support Analyst responsible for maintaining the stability and functionality of the organization's technology environment, delivering exceptional user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, contributing to the overall success of the organization's IT operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). ITIL Foundation V3 or V4 *It is a Big Plus. Microsoft Azure *Desired. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator *Desired. 3 - 5 years working as IT Support Lead, Service Manager or IT systems administrator. Proficiency in a variety of operating systems, hardware, software applications, cloud computing, Office 365, Intune, Okta, and network protocols. Knowledge and experience in leading projects following PMP and SCRUM. In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and ITOM. Experience in IT support, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Salary Range
