Thirdera is looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Support Analyst to join our Spain team!Your mission:As a skilled Senior IT Support Analyst, you will use your knowledge and experience to effectively diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimize support processes, and mentor junior team members.You will also provide mentoring, guidance, and support to the more junior members of your team; sometimes acting as project team lead.What's in it for you?We offer a fun, highly engaging, and unique culture.
