ITIL Foundation V3 or V4 *It is a Big Plus. Microsoft Azure *Desired. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator *Desired. 3 - 5 years working as IT Support Lead, Service Manager or IT systems administrator. Proficiency in a variety of operating systems, hardware, software applications, cloud computing, Office 365, Intune, Okta, and network protocols. Knowledge and experience in leading projects following PMP and SCRUM. In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and ITOM. Experience in IT support, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.Salary RangeWelcome to Pay for Performance!
