Thirdera is looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Support Analyst to join our Spain team!
Your mission:
As a skilled Senior IT Support Analyst, you will use your knowledge and experience to effectively diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimize support processes, and mentor junior team members.
You will also provide mentoring, guidance, and support to the more junior members of your team; sometimes acting as project team lead.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).ITIL Foundation V3 or V4*It is a Big Plus.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator*Desired.3 - 5 years working as IT Support Lead, Service Manager, or IT systems administrator.Proficiency in a variety of operating systems, hardware, software applications, cloud computing, Office 365, Intune, Okta, and network protocols.Knowledge and experience in leading projects following PMP and SCRUM.In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL and ITOM.Experience in IT support, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.Salary Range:
