We are looking for an IT Senior Auditor to join our audit hub team in Spain and assist in the delivery of audits in the EMEA region.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing insights to the business through the execution of audit projects.
With the support of the Audit Manager, you will develop an understanding of the business and its risks, co-develop audit approaches and report audit outcomes.
You will interact with teams across Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific.

Your role
As an IT Senior Auditor your main responsibilities will involve:
Developing own knowledge and business awareness and building business relationships.Keep the business safe by delivering relevant local and global audits, working together with the Audit Manager in determining the audit scope, risks to be addressed and most appropriate audit techniques (including data analytics).Influencing the business by agreeing actions and delivering the final audit report, with support from the Senior Manager or Audit Manager, when needed.Contributing to the Group Audit global team through sharing own technical knowledge and engaging in our continuous training program. Your Skills and Experience
As an IT Senior Auditor your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor or master's degree in information technology (or a similar), and preferably a Certified Internal System Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification.Minimum 5 years of audit/risk management/compliance experience in the area of Information Technology, preferably in the insurance and/or financial services industry.Good knowledge of IT audit methodologies and techniques with a solid understanding of IT risks and controls, commonly used internal control frameworks and awareness of applicable regulatory requirements.Knowledge of Internal Audit Standards, internal control framework and audit testing.Ability to interact with stakeholders from all seniority levels and build business relationships.Excellent project management skills, ability to organize own tasks and deliver on time to high quality standards.Capacity to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment with initiative to manage multiple competing tasks.Good verbal and written communication skills (English).Great team player with ability to work independently when necessary.Passion and enthusiasm to continue to grow yourself and others around you. The primary work location is Spain, Barcelona, or Madrid.
